Play: Dino D’Santiago was the big winner on the night of the Portuguese Music Awards
The musician won three statuettes. The delivery took place this Thursday evening in the Lisbon Coliseum.

At the third edition of the Play – Portuguese Music Awards, Dino D’Santiago was once again the big winner, winning in three categories, as it did at the first gala of these awards. With “Kriola”, the musician won the statuettes for the best male artist, the best album and the critic’s award, which was awarded by a group of 10 journalists.
The award ceremony took place on Thursday evening, July 8th, in the Lisbon Coliseum and was presented by Filomena Cautela. Several live performances could be heard under the attribution of the statuettes. The gala was broadcast on RTP1.
The pandemic and difficulty making music at the time were some of the points the artists highlighted in the speeches after the award ceremony. Capicua was chosen by Carlão as the best female artist, the clan winners of the best group and “Assobia para o Lado” as the best music video.
